The Process

Great news, you already are working on the first step! Once you finish reviewing all of this info and decide that this is must-have wedding experience, feel free to reach out through my contact form at the bottom of this page. We will set up a time to chat so I can understand your vision for your big day and capture it in a way that brings in all of the important details.

It's your big day! I arrive three hours before the ceremony starts and begin painting the background. I love meeting your guests as they begin to arrive. During the ceremony, I will photograph the perfect moment to add to your painting during the reception. Guests love to see the progress from their first glance! Once I've finished, I'll grab the newlyweds for the big reveal!

While your painting is typically ready to go to its new home that day, sometimes I take it back to my studio to make sure everything is just right for you! If that is the case, I'll ship it to you free of charge. One of my favorite parts is seeing it in its new home!

Can I gift someone a live-wedding experience?
Absolutely! That is so thoughtful of you, I'm sure they will love it. Many of my clients split a package with family members or friends to gift the couple a surprise painting!

What if my event is already over but I want a painting?
Not to worry! I am more than happy to create commission work based on photos of your event. This is also a great option if you're working on a tighter budget. Don't hesitate to reach out and we can make your vision a reality!

Do you travel?
I love to travel! I can't wait to be part of your story, wherever you are located. Travel fees are not factored into investment cost. I book all of my own accommodations, and will provide you with a cost estimate before receiving your retainer fee.

When are payments due?
I ask for a 50% retainer fee due at booking, and the rest of the balance must be paid at least one week before the ceremony. Other than those deadlines, you can pay me in the way that works best for your budget.
